Deep tissue treatment is a massage technique that's mainly used to treat general aches and musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It provides relief from chronic pain or tight muscle. In addition to using palms and fingers, the licensed massage therapist may use their elbows and forearms to apply  sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscle and connective tissues.  $120/session; Or Monthly Membership $89 .

Hot Stone Treatment

(60 minutes)

A hot stone treatment incorporates into a Swedish or Deep Tissue massage. The licensed massage therapist use a  smooth, flat, heated stones that are place on the specific parts of your body to help you relax, ease tense muscles,  de-stress, and  may relieve symptoms associated with fibromyalgia or arthritis.  $120/session;  Or Monthly Membership $89

Japanese Head & Scalp Treatment

(60 minutes)

Discover the wonders of Head and Scalp Facial,  often hailed as the "facial treatment for your scalp." We use Japanese scalp massage technique (which incorporates gentle kneading, target pressure points, and soothing strokes) to help stimulates blood circulation, detox, promote hair growth, and relieve stress and tension.


Our Head and Scalp Facial can help with scalp problems such as eczema and psoriasis (which is commonly caused by inflammatory conditions) by doing acupressure.  It also helps relieve stress, reduce headache migraine, promote deeper quality sleep, and balancing scalp PH.

This Myofascial therapy is a type of gentle, constant massage that releases tightness and pain throughout myofascial tissues. The licensed massage therapist will apply gentle pressure on trigger points or knots until the tension is fully  release.  The benefits of  myofascial massage:

A prenatal relaxation is a full body massage performed by certified prenatal massage therapist that  is similar to Swedish massage. It is a nurturing massage that focuses on the special needs of mothers-to-be during pregnancy (to experience a prenatal massage, the client must be out of their first trimester).  Prenatal massage benefits are:

  2. Ease sore spots and pain

Swedish Therapy

(60 minutes)

A swedish therapy incorporates a variety of massage techniques in order to provide and promote healing.  it uses long connective strokes and both light and firm pressure to provide muscle relief and relaxation. The licensed massage therapist will also use kneading, tapping, deep circular movements, and vibration throughout the session.  Swedish massage benefits are:

Sports Therapy

(60 minutes)

A sports therapy is a type of therapeutic massage bodywork that focuses on the muscles used during exercise or athletic activity. It can help reduce pre-exercise muscle tension, improve range of motion, and speed up recovery time.  Sports therapy is a type of massage designed to help athletes before, during and after training.  It’s also been shown to decrease post-exercise levels of cortisol – aka stress hormones – which can be helpful for relieving tension headaches, anxiety, and depression.   The massage therapist will massage the deep tissue muscles and by doing this the body may have soreness or muscle soreness post event massage. Sports therapy  benefits are:
